Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct orientation and induction programs for new nursing and clinical staff.
Plan, design, and deliver clinical training sessions as per hospital standards and NABH guidelines.
Organize regular competency assessments and skill enhancement workshops.
Provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback to nursing and paramedical teams.
Identify training needs through audits, performance evaluations, and feedback from HODs.
Maintain records of training attendance, evaluation, and competency mapping.
Collaborate with Nursing Superintendents, Department Heads, and Quality teams to standardize clinical practices.
Stay updated with latest trends, technologies, and protocols in clinical care and incorporate them into training modules.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
612 years of experience in clinical practice or nursing education (hospital training experience preferred).
Strong facilitation and mentoring skills.
Good knowledge of hospital policies, infection control, NABH standards, and patient safety practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and digital training tools.
