JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

JOB ROLE: We are looking for an innovative and dedicated technical manager to optimize the performance of our company's Services in Technical department. Keep up with advancements in the field and promote technological innovation at their companies.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: ? Managing a team of 20 experienced Service Engineers ? Customer Relation Management ? Customer Satisfaction REPORTING TO: Manager Spares & After Sales
RESPONSIBLITIES: Maintain, Drive, Supervise and Implement robust technical standards, systems and processes. Close the circle in 360 degree. Eg: Understanding our client's pain area, Identifying the right technician for the right job, ensuring the assembly notes are completed and Error free invoices are raised on time. Escalate critical matters and get the solutions promptly. Market survey of machines, understanding how it's performing, Identifying the problems with the machines, collating the data and tabulating the same, submitting the data to Italy. Inter department coordination with various departments like Spare parts, Accounts, etc. Managing toolbox, FOC materials, technical materials, FOC list sending and getting back from spare part department. Analyzing customers complains and suggesting and sharing ideas with the sales department to better our deals with them. Visiting customers on timely basis to build a rapport with them and understand their customer satisfaction level.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL: BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: ESSENTIAL: 1015 years in the field of technical aftersales support in Morbi Ceramic Industry.
DESIRABLE: Technical after sales technical team management. DESIRABLE SKILL SETS: People Management Analytical skills Good written and verbal communication MS Office EXTENT OF DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY: All decisions to be taken in consultation with the Manager RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING ACTIVITES OF: 20 Experienced Service Engineers
