Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SAP B1 Executive/Operator-(BOM and Inventory Coordinator )with hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) to manage day-to-day production coordination, material planning, and purchase operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Bills of Material (BOM), preparing purchase indents, tracking Purchase Orders (POs), and supporting floor activities through accurate SAP entries and coordination. Role & responsibilities Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) in SAP B1 Raise purchase indents and production orders as per planning requirements Coordinate with the production, stores, and purchase teams to ensure material availability Support inventory management and material tracking through SAP B1 Assist in MRP runs, stock level checks, and reporting Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in the SAP system Generate daily/weekly MIS related to materials and production planning Making of all G.R.N./ G.R.P.O. through SAP B1 Making Purchase Order As Per Indent AP Invoice Entry Making Job Work Challan as Per Job Order Vendor Stock Reconciliation Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Any stream, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred) or any related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in factory coordination or production planning with SAP B1 exposure. Strong working knowledge of SAP Business One , especially BOM, PO, GRN, and Indent modules. Understanding of manufacturing processes and material flow in a factory setting. Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and proactive Assistant Factory Supervisor Mechanical Engineer to manage the mechanical production floor and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a mechanical engineering background and strong team leadership capabilities. Role & responsibilities Supervise day-to-day mechanical operations including fabrication, machining, assembly, and maintenance. Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure that production targets are met within time and quality constraints. Inspect mechanical systems and components for defects or deviations and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with departments such as Quality, Design, Maintenance, and Supply Chain for smooth operations. Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and production machinery.
