Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

KRA

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end hiring, interviews, documentation, and induction

2. Attendance & Payroll

Maintain biometric attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs

3. HR Documentation

Maintain employee files, contracts, statutory records (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)

4. Performance Management

Assist in KPI/KRA implementation, appraisals, and feedback collection

5. Compliance & Statutory

Ensure PF/ESIC/Bonus/Gratuity/LWF compliance, labor law documentation

6. Employee Engagement

Plan team-building, birthdays, feedback sessions, training, and grievance redressal

7. Exit Management

Ensure smooth handover, full & final settlement, and exit interview process

8. HR MIS & Reporting

Prepare monthly HR dashboards, hiring status, attrition, and compliance checklists

Core Competencies Required

  • Sound knowledge of

    labour laws and HR compliance

  • Experience with

    HRMS / Payroll systems / Excel

  • Strong

    interpersonal and communication

    recruitment portals
