HR Generalist About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and hands-on HR Generalist to join our team at Mitzvah Engineering Pvt. Ltd. This is a key role supporting daily HR operations and contributing to strategic initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and learning. The ideal candidate is someone who values people, processes, and continuous improvement.  Key Responsibilities●      Recruitment Support & Onboarding ○      Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews ○      Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and induction ●      Employee Engagement & Welfare ○      Coordinate engagement activities, celebrations, and employee feedback programs ○      Address routine employee queries and maintain a positive work environment ●      Compliance & HR Operations ○      Maintain employee records and HR documentation ○      Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESIC, and other statutory requirements ●      Attendance & Leave Management ○      Monitor attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll coordination ●      Learning & Development ○      Support training program coordination and learning feedback collection ●      HR Reports & MIS ○      Prepare HR data and reports (joining, exit, attrition, etc.) for review Candidate Profile●      Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field ●      3–8 years of relevant HR experience, Freshers considerable ●      Good understanding of HR processes ●      Strong communication and interpersonal skills ●      Excellent MS Excel / Google Sheets ●      Tech-savvy with exposure to HRMS platforms ●      Strong knowledge of labor laws & compliance
