What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)


  • Specialized Sourcing:

    Develop and execute highly targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for niche roles such as

    ASIC/VLSI Design Engineers, Analog/Mixed-Signal Engineers, Semiconductor Process Engineers, Firmware Developers, and Test/Validation Engineers.

  • Consultative Partnership:

    Collaborate closely with executive leadership and highly technical hiring managers to deeply understand specific talent needs, roadmaps, and required expertise within the semiconductor lifecycle (design, fabrication, packaging, and test).
  • Candidate Pipelining:

    Build robust, long-term talent pipelines for highly critical and hard-to-fill semiconductor roles globally or within a specific region.
  • Technical Screening:

    Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidates' relevant experience in areas like

    FinFET, advanced node technologies, EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor), RTL design, verification methodologies (UVM/Specman), and fabrication processes.

  • Market Expertise:

    Serve as the internal subject matter expert on compensation trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability within the global semiconductor industry.


What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)


  • 4+ years

    of dedicated, full-cycle experience recruiting specifically within the

    Semiconductor industry

    (wafer fabs, chip design, equipment manufacturing, etc.).
  • Only B.Tech/ MCA/ BCA/ MS-Physics are eligible
  • Proven knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem

    and technical terminology is

    essential

    (e.g., knowledge of various engineering roles, design flows, and fabrication steps).
  • Strong track record of successfully hiring engineers with advanced degrees (M.S., Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics.
  • Expert proficiency with advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and various global sourcing platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience utilizing a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
