Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, evaluate and source candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, implementing strategic hiring initiatives, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying skilled professionals to meet technical talent needs while fostering a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting processes
• Expertise in Technical Recruiting and assessing candidates for technical roles
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and candidates
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in recruiting within the IT consulting or Oracle ecosystem is advantageous
