What You'll Do


Strategic Content Leadership

  • Design and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and revenue goals
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to identify content opportunities and gaps
  • Own the editorial calendar, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, high-impact content across all channels
  • Establish content performance benchmarks and KPIs tied to brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion


Content Creation & Execution

Lead content initiatives across multiple formats and channels:

  • Website & Digital Properties:

    Landing pages, product pages, service descriptions, and thought leadership hubs
  • Long-Form Content:

    Case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, technical guides, and research reports
  • Video Content:

    Script development, concept creation, storyboarding, and performance optimization
  • Marketing Collateral:

    Email campaigns, sales enablement materials, presentations, and pitch decks
  • Social & Community:

    LinkedIn articles, Twitter threads, industry commentary, and community engagement content


Brand Voice & Messaging

  • Establish and enforce brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines across all content touchpoints
  • Translate complex technical concepts—AI, cloud architecture, DevOps, mobile frameworks—into accessible, compelling narratives for C-suite and technical audiences
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure technical accuracy and business relevance
  • Maintain consistency across content created by internal teams, freelancers, and external partners


Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Partner closely with marketing, product, design, and business development teams to align content with go-to-market strategies
  • Guide and mentor junior content creators, writers, and designers on best practices, brand standards, and content quality
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract insights and translate them into engaging content
  • Build relationships with external content contributors, agencies, and thought leaders


Data-Driven Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Continuously optimize content for SEO, user engagement, conversion rates, and business impact
  • Conduct A/B testing on headlines, CTAs, formats, and distribution channels
  • Stay ahead of content trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging formats (AI-generated content, interactive media, etc.)


Video & Visual Content Strategy

  • Develop video content strategies that align with brand storytelling and audience preferences
  • Create concepts, scripts, and creative direction for video projects (explainer videos, customer testimonials, product demos, event coverage)
  • Analyze video performance metrics and refine strategies to maximize reach and engagement


What You Bring


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience

    in content writing, content strategy, or brand management, ideally within

    B2B tech, SaaS, cloud computing, AI, or enterprise software

  • Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes (brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline acceleration)


Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of

    AI, cloud technologies, DevOps, mobile development, cybersecurity, and enterprise software ecosystems

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with

    AWS, Google Cloud, Flutter, React Native, enterprise security frameworks

    , and other relevant technologies is a strong plus


Creative & Strategic Mindset

  • Analytical thinker who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Experience developing

    video content strategies

    and working with video production teams
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environments with evolving priorities

  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
