We offer management and executive programs from renowned universities like NMIMS, DY Patil, Manipal, Jain University, and more, with a goal to provide high-quality education supported by industry experts.



The Sales Team Leader will lead a team of counsellors/inside sales executives to drive admissions for online and distance learning programs, while also owning an individual revenue/admission target. The role requires an aggressive, target-driven professional who can motivate the team, optimize lead conversion, and ensure excellent student experience.​


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly individual admission/fee targets through calling, counselling, and closing.​
  • Drive team performance to meet overall enrolment and revenue goals across assigned regions/programs.​
  • Allocate leads, monitor daily call productivity, follow-up discipline, and lead-to-admission conversion ratios.​
  • Conduct regular huddles, sales reviews, and one-on-one coaching to improve pitch, objection handling, and closing skills.​​
  • Track and report team KPIs (leads contacted, demos/counselling sessions, offers sent, enrolments, collections) to management.​
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of CRM/ERP with all lead interactions and pipeline status.​
  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaigns, webinars, and information required for effective counselling.​
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and transparency in counselling for online and distance programs.​
  • Handle escalated student/parent queries and ensure quick resolution to protect conversions and referrals.​

Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members on product, process, and sales techniques as required.​


Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/postgraduate with 2–5+ years of experience in sales; prior experience in online, distance learning, ed-tech, or education counselling is preferred.​
  • Proven track record of achieving aggressive individual targets in inside sales or tele-counselling roles.​
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in leading a small sales team (8–15 members) will be an advantage.​
  • Strong “go-getter” attitude, high ownership, and comfort with working under pressure and stretched targets.​
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills with students and working professionals.​
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, basic Excel, and reporting; comfortable working with daily dashboards and targets.​
  • Willingness to work extended hours/weekends during admission peaks, if required.​


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Individual monthly admissions/revenue vs target.​
  • Team admissions/revenue vs target and conversion ratios from leads to enrolments.​
  • Lead response time, follow-up adherence, and CRM data accuracy.​
  • Team productivity metrics (calls per day, counselling sessions, show-to-join ratio).​​
