About the job Job Title: Academic Counselor - Inside Sales About Us: Knowledge Park is an innovative Ed Tech company that is committed to revolutionizing the educational landscape. Our Company focused on education and skill development, particularly in the online and remote learning space and helps students at all levels achieve their academic goals. We offer various programs, including management and executive programs, through partnerships with various universities. Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and driven Academic Counselor to join our team and provide expert guidance and support to learners in their educational journey, ensuring they receive the necessary academic support, career advice, and personal development guidance. The Academic Counselor will work closely with students to assess their learning needs, recommend personalized learning paths, and ensure that they successfully navigate their academic pursuits using our Ed Tech platform. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and an in-depth understanding of modern educational practices. *Must Have - Excellent Communication Skills* Responsibilities: Perform Cold calling on Daily basis, calling criteria could go up to 250-300 Calls per day. Counselling Students and recommending them Courses in UG/PG/Certificates that aligns with their future goals. Lead Conversations and Sales closures through B2C Inside sales and convert leads into paid enrollments through consultative selling. Maintain high conversion rates by building trust, handling objections, and clearly explaining value propositions. Communicate with the students via calls, Whats App, and emails and deliver clear, concise, and compelling product pitches customized to their academic and career goals. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via virtual meetings, phone calls, and email communication. Built rapport with the students, generate reference through them and cater end to end backend queries Guide students on how the Ed Tech platform can help bridge their skill gaps and enhance outcomes. Maintain and update lead status, call outcomes, and follow-up details on the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Lead squared, etc.) Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment/sales targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required in any field. Preferred 1-3+ Years of Experience in Ed-Tech and Sales. Fresher can apply too. Desired Traits: A passion for education and a commitment to student success. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Need to have a go getter attitude and target oriented person. Knowledge of current trends in the education system and Ed Tech innovations.
