Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Noida. The individual in this role will be responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored educational solutions. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Effective communication and a customer-centric approach will be critical for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential customers
• Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Experience with Account Management, including maintaining and fostering client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Prior experience in EdTech or the sales domain is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
