Counselling Students and recommending them Courses in UG/PG/Certificates that aligns with their future goals. Lead Conversations and Sales closures through B2C Inside sales and convert leads into paid enrollments through consultative selling. Maintain high conversion rates by building trust, handling objections, and clearly explaining value propositions. Communicate with the students via calls, Whats App, and emails and deliver clear, concise, and compelling product pitches customized to their academic and career goals. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via virtual meetings, phone calls, and email communication. Built rapport with the students, generate reference through them and cater end to end backend queries Guide students on how the Ed Tech platform can help bridge their skill gaps and enhance outcomes. Maintain and update lead status, call outcomes, and follow-up details on the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Lead squared, etc.) Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment/sales targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required in any field. Preferred 1-3+ Years of Experience in Ed-Tech and Sales. Fresher can apply too.
