Roles and Responsibilities

* Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in Home Loans and LAP products.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the housing finance segment.
* Manage relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of mortgage loans.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive housing finance landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 2-5 years of experience in Home Loan Sales or related fields (DSA, Home Finance, Housing Loan).
* Strong understanding of mortgage loans, housing finance, and secured loans.
* Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate a team towards achieving targets.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
