Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer located in Ahmedabad. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for assessing the value and eligibility of gold assets, processing and verifying loan applications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves customer interaction, including explaining loan terms, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include documentation, loan disbursal, maintaining accurate records, and achieving monthly loan targets. Qualifications Knowledge of gold valuation and assessment techniquesExperience in loan processing, verification, and documentationStrong customer service and communication skillsAttention to detail, compliance, and accuracy in maintaining recordsAbility to achieve targets and work under pressureProficiency in computer applications and banking softwareBachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field1-3 years of experience in a related field preferredFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and banking policies
