Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Employment type :- Direct Contract (6 months)



Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle technical recruitment.
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, X-ray, social recruiting) across job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and other channels to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, culture fit, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs and maintain active relationships with past applicants.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest recruiting trends, salary benchmarks, and tech industry developments.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, maintaining a high level of professionalism and timely communication.
  • Diversity Hiring: Drive diversity recruitment strategies and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • ATS Utilization: Maintain and manage candidate databases using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and source of hire to optimize the recruitment process.


Desired Profile:

  • Experience: 7-8 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably in Telecom / IT services / product development companies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical roles and skills
  • Sourcing Techniques: Expertise in modern sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to manage salary negotiations and close technical candidates at various levels of seniority.
  • Networking: Strong networking abilities and a proven track record of building talent pools and communities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recruitment metrics.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: 7-8 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably in Telecom / IT services / product development companies.
