Key Responsibilities Content Ownership : Take complete responsibility for creating and delivering platform-specific content — video-first, but also written (captions, short posts, emailers, microblogs). Video Creation : Develop engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos) — from concept and scripting to directing, filming (if applicable), and coordinating edits. Brand Storytelling : Shape and maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice across all platforms — telling stories that resonate, inform, and convert. Social Media Management : Run our content calendar and publishing schedule, ensuring active, relevant, and on-trend content goes out regularly. Growth & Strategy : Build and execute a content strategy that increases reach, viewership, and engagement. Constantly experiment with new formats and ideas. Analytics & Optimization : Track performance metrics and iterate based on data. What you create should not just be seen — it should perform. Trend Spotting : Stay plugged into content, social, and cultural trends to keep our content sharp and timely. Campaign Collaboration : Occasionally coordinate with marketing/sales for integrated campaigns — bringing your creative direction into those moments too. What We’re Looking For Proven experience creating video content (portfolio or social handles appreciated). Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms. A natural storyteller and content thinker with a creative edge. Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok content strategies. Comfortable with analytics tools. Role Description: As our first Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the sole owner of our outbound growth motion . You’ll work closely with the founders and sales leadership to define the ideal customer profile, build high quality lead funnels, and generate interest from UK-based SaaS companies that need the kind of tech team we are. This is a high trust, high impact role for someone who thrives in autonomy, understands the SaaS landscape, and can turn strategy into execution without being told twice. What You’ll Do Design and execute a full-funnel outbound strategy for the UK SaaS market Identify and map target companies, personas (CTOs, Founders, Product Heads), and buying signals Build prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io , etc. Craft sharp, personalized messaging for multi step email and LinkedIn sequences Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and hand over warm prospects to sales team Manage reporting and insights: KPIs, learnings, A/B test results Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and process optimization Be our in-house expert on outbound SaaS outreach best practices Continuously explore tools, workflows, and automation to improve results You’re a Strong Fit If You Have 3–5 years of experience in outbound lead generation for B2B SaaS companies Have a deep understanding of the UK/Europe SaaS buyer mindset Have successfully booked meetings with decision makers through outbound channels Are confident working solo, taking initiative, and delivering independently Are skilled with lead tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, CRM systems) Can write outreach messages that don’t feel like spam Know how to prioritize ICP fit over volume Are data driven. Role Description: We’re looking for a Flutter Developer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is eager to build scalable, high-performance mobile and web applications. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and product teams to deliver polished, user-friendly experiences across iOS, Android, and Web. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications for iOS, Android, and Web. • Write clean, modular, and scalable Dart code, following best practices. • Optimize application performance, ensuring smooth animations and fast load times. • Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to craft seamless user experiences. • Stay up to date with the latest in Flutter, Dart, and mobile/web development trends. • Ensure apps are maintainable, secure, and built for scalability. Requirements: • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development. • Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework. • Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc). • Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend services. • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a high-performance engineering team. • Basic knowledge of Node.js (around 1 year of experience or familiarity). Nice to Have: • Experience working with AWS or cloud-based architectures. • Prior experience in fintech applications and security best practices.
