Key Responsibilities Content Ownership : Take complete responsibility for creating and delivering platform-specific content — video-first, but also written (captions, short posts, emailers, microblogs). Video Creation : Develop engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos) — from concept and scripting to directing, filming (if applicable), and coordinating edits. Brand Storytelling : Shape and maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice across all platforms — telling stories that resonate, inform, and convert. Social Media Management : Run our content calendar and publishing schedule, ensuring active, relevant, and on-trend content goes out regularly. Growth & Strategy : Build and execute a content strategy that increases reach, viewership, and engagement. Constantly experiment with new formats and ideas. Analytics & Optimization : Track performance metrics and iterate based on data. What you create should not just be seen — it should perform. Trend Spotting : Stay plugged into content, social, and cultural trends to keep our content sharp and timely. Campaign Collaboration : Occasionally coordinate with marketing/sales for integrated campaigns — bringing your creative direction into those moments too. What We’re Looking For Proven experience creating video content (portfolio or social handles appreciated). Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms. A natural storyteller and content thinker with a creative edge. Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok content strategies. Comfortable with analytics tools.
