Role Description:

This is a high trust, high impact role for someone who thrives in autonomy, understands the SaaS landscape, and can turn strategy into execution without being told twice. 


What You’ll Do


  • Design and execute a full-funnel outbound strategy for the UK SaaS market
  • Identify and map target companies, personas (CTOs, Founders, Product Heads), and buying signals
  • Build prospect lists using tools like 

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo,

    Hunter.io

    , etc.

  • Craft sharp, personalized messaging for multi step email and LinkedIn sequences
  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and hand over warm prospects to sales team
  • Manage reporting and insights: KPIs, learnings, A/B test results
  • Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and process optimization
  • Be our in-house expert on outbound SaaS outreach best practices
  • Continuously explore tools, workflows, and automation to improve results


You’re a Strong Fit If You


  • Have 

    3–5 years of experience in outbound lead generation

     for B2B SaaS companies
  • Have a deep understanding of the 

    UK/Europe SaaS buyer mindset

  • Have successfully booked meetings with decision makers through outbound channels
  • Are confident working solo, taking initiative, and delivering independently
  • Are skilled with lead tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, CRM systems)
  • Can write outreach messages that don’t feel like spam
  • Know how to prioritize ICP fit over volume
  • Are data driven. You don’t guess, you iterate


Bonus Points:

  • You've helped scale an outbound function from scratch
  • You’ve worked closely with technical founders or service-based teams
  • You’re familiar with AI-powered tools for lead gen, personalization, or enrichment
  • Experience with ABM or warm lead nurturing
