UI/UX Designer

About the role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into functional, engaging interfaces that delight users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals to translate them into intuitive designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Ensure consistency in design standards, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3+years as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Spline or similar.
• Proven ability to use AI to generate UI/UX Design ideas and implementation.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
• Motion/interaction design skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of design systems and accessibility guidelines.

Nice to have:

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or healthtech products.
