Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Gurugram. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for sourcing new leads and generating interest in the company's real estate services. This involves using various research methods to identify potential clients, building and maintaining a database of leads, and effectively communicating with prospects to introduce our services. Additionally, the Lead Generation Specialist will coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing New Leads and generating Lead Generation
• Strong Sales and Communication skills
• Proficient in conducting Research for potential clients and market opportunities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
