Job description: About Us We are a fast-growing technology company headquartered in India, specializing in ERP and CRM solutions such as Oracle NetSuite and other cloud-based software. With our recent expansion into the UAE, we are actively growing our footprint in the MENA region and seeking talented professionals to lead our sales initiatives. Position Overview We are hiring two experienced Software Sales Executives based in Dubai, UAE. These professionals will play a key role in selling our ERP (NetSuite) and CRM/software solutions across the MENA region. As part of our first hires in the UAE, they will have high visibility and significant growth opportunities within our global expansion strategy. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for ERP/CRM solutions (with a focus on Oracle NetSuite). Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and marketing activities. Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative solution discussions with prospective clients. Create and deliver proposals, RFPs, and quotes tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with our India-based technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings throughout the UAE and MENA region. Maintain accurate sales tracking and reporting using CRM tools. Required Qualifications 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B software sales, ideally in ERP/CRM solutions like NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Zoho, etc. Strong understanding of the end-to-end software sales lifecycle. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel across the MENA region as needed. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset; experience setting up or developing new markets is a strong plus. Must be currently residing in the UAE (preferably Dubai) and available for in-person meetings. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in selling cloud-based ERP/CRM platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar. Familiarity with business culture and sales practices in the MENA region. Multilingual capabilities, including Arabic, are a plus (but not mandatory). Experience working with cross-functional international teams.
