Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Closing Manager - Real Estate Sales located in Gurugram, with some work from home flexibility. The Closing Manager will oversee the closing process in real estate transactions, coordinate funding, manage sales processes, and handle loans and mortgage lending. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate closures, verifying documentation, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Experience in Closings, Funding, and Loans Proficiency in Sales and Mortgage Lending Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment Knowledge of real estate transactions and documentation processes Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred Show more Show less
