Job Description

Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and driven mid-level sales professional to manage and grow the dealer/distributor network for our Construction Chemicals Division. The role involves business development, retailer engagement, and execution of channel programs at the regional level. Prior experience in the construction chemicals industry will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Develop channel partnerships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in assigned territories Drive product sales (tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing, putty) through influencer engagement Plan and implement marketing and promotion activities to increase brand presence Monitor secondary sales and ensure distributor hygiene including claims and payments Coordinate with supply chain, product, and finance teams for smooth operations Track competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence Review team and distributor performance regularly and suggest corrective steps Participate in retail counter activations, demos, and product training sessions Required Qualifications Graduate / Diploma (Civil or Chemical preferred) MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus Experience & Industry Background 5–12 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the Construction Chemicals industry Skills & Competencies Strong market development and dealer relationship skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team coordination abilities Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle channel escalations Why Join Us Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt.
