Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing onboarding procedures. They will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, strategically identify talent needs, and collaborate with hiring managers to build strong teams that align with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication, fit, and experience.
  • Schedule interviews and facilitate smooth coordination between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate hiring trackers, dashboards, and ATS entries.
  • Share timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be strong and confident).
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers can apply if they’re exceptionally good at communication).
  • Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight timelines.
  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS/HR tools (preferred).
  • A people-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.
