We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for someone with strong Life Sciences staffing experience and hands-on expertise in Recruitment & Bench Sales, who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment.

✅ Experience Required

3–5 years of experience in US staffing & recruitment

Proven experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Medical Devices

Strong background in Recruitment & Bench Sales

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and place candidates for Life Sciences, Pharma, and Engineering roles

Market bench consultants to prime vendors and direct clients

Handle end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding

Work closely with sales, clients, and account managers

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and hiring managers

Manage daily submissions, interviews, and follow-ups

Ensure compliance with client, visa, and onboarding documentation

🔹 Required Skills

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Hands-on experience with US clients & vendors

Understanding of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and EAD profiles

Ability to work in a target-driven environment
