Talent Acquisition Specialist (Multiple Openings) 📍 Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Work From Office) We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for someone with strong Life Sciences staffing experience and hands-on expertise in Recruitment & Bench Sales, who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment. ✅ Experience Required 3–5 years of experience in US staffing & recruitment Proven experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Medical Devices Strong background in Recruitment & Bench Sales 🔹 Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and place candidates for Life Sciences, Pharma, and Engineering roles Market bench consultants to prime vendors and direct clients Handle end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding Work closely with sales, clients, and account managers Maintain strong relationships with vendors and hiring managers Manage daily submissions, interviews, and follow-ups Ensure compliance with client, visa, and onboarding documentation 🔹 Required Skills Strong communication & negotiation skills Hands-on experience with US clients & vendors Understanding of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and EAD profiles Ability to work in a target-driven environment 🌟 Why Join Us?
