Job Description


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews with the respective stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and follow up on offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics, reports, and candidate databases.
  • Build strong relationships with potential candidates, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices to enhance hiring efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter (3 years).
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and interviewing skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
