We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers who are passionate about communication and outreach. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with schools and educational institutions to share information about our offerings and gather relevant feedback.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across the organization. The role involves designing and implementing effective hiring strategies, managing employer branding, and partnering with business leaders to ensure timely acquisition of high-quality talent aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning:

• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

• Create and implement sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.

Recruitment Operations:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve targets.

• Monitor KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and prepare regular reports for leadership.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

• Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media, events, and partnerships.

• Ensure a seamless, engaging, and professional experience for candidates at every stage.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with department heads to define role requirements and selection criteria.

• Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to support business decisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media hiring.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

• Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in large-scale hiring or niche skill recruitment.

• Exposure to employer branding initiatives.

• Strong networking abilities and relationship management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
