Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field sourcing.
Conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with departmental heads and ensure smooth communication.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and weekly hiring progress reports.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline for recurring vacancies.
Manage joining formalities and assist with onboarding when needed.
Negotiate salary and finalize offers in coordination with HR Manager.
Handle vendor coordination for manpower supply (if required).
Support in campus hiring, walk-in drives, and mass recruitment activities.
Lead or supervise junior team members as and when needed.

Key Requirements

Bachelors degree in HR, Management, or related field.
2+ years of experience
in recruitment (blue & white collar hiring mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously with deadlines.
Good understanding of sourcing strategies and hiring tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Experience in manufacturing or industrial hiring is an advantage.
Ability to handle a team and take ownership of hiring targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
