(A) Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in scaling our startup by managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles including tech, and business. You'll work closely with hiring managers and founding team to help define our employer brand, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Youll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while developing your skills in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
(B) Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions (tech, product, Sales, Finance, etc.).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through both active sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) and passive outreach.
- Run the entire process: Talent Requisition, JD confirmation, position skill sets, budget confirmation, stakeholder management, job positing, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Salary negotiations, Document and Background Verification.
- Provide a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Help improve and implement recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain accurate data and reports on pipeline activity and recruiting metrics.
- Represent the company at online/offline forums when required
(C) Requirements:
- 2-3 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, community groups, Naukri and other tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with candidates.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for startups, technology, and building great teams.
