Role : Associate Founder’s Office Location : Pune (5 days WFO) Experience : 2+ years Reporting To : CEO About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven and analytical individual to support our CEO, who also leads the Sales function. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, manage strategic projects, monitor business performance, and act as the execution backbone for high-priority initiatives across sales, operations, and strategy. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage timelines for sales-related projects and initiatives. Analyze CRM and performance data to identify trends and insights. Prepare insights, dashboards, and reports to drive better decision-making. Track KPIs, flag anomalies, and identify root causes. Preparation of pre-reads and materials: Revenue performance, distributor meetings, team reviews, key account updates, etc. Serve as an execution partner to the CEO: managing follow-ups, driving accountability, and prioritizing tasks. Act as an information funnel to reduce scheduling load and unnecessary calls. Support internal/external communications, create templates, emails, and documents as needed. Occasionally conducting research on market trends, products, competitors, regulations, and strategic opportunities. Work with the founders to structure and implement key strategic initiatives. Assist in preparing and tracking financial models, AOP, projections, and budgets. Assist in fundraising activities, investor communication, and preparing presentations. Qualifications & Skills: MBA from a reputed institute, however someone with relevant work-ex can also apply. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced business, startup, or consulting environment. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills. Effective written and verbal communication; ability to simplify and present data and ideas clearly. Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently with minimal oversight. Familiarity with financial statements and business metrics is a plus. Why Join Us?
