About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical individual to support our CEO, who also leads the Sales function. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, manage strategic projects, monitor business performance, and act as the execution backbone for high-priority initiatives across sales, operations, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage timelines for sales-related projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze CRM and performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Prepare insights, dashboards, and reports to drive better decision-making.
  • Track KPIs, flag anomalies, and identify root causes.
  • Preparation of pre-reads and materials: Revenue performance, distributor meetings, team reviews, key account updates, etc.
  • Serve as an execution partner to the CEO: managing follow-ups, driving accountability, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Act as an information funnel to reduce scheduling load and unnecessary calls.
  • Support internal/external communications, create templates, emails, and documents as needed.
  • Occasionally conducting research on market trends, products, competitors, regulations, and strategic opportunities.
  • Work with the founders to structure and implement key strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing and tracking financial models, AOP, projections, and budgets.
  • Assist in fundraising activities, investor communication, and preparing presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA from a reputed institute, however someone with relevant work-ex can also apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced business, startup, or consulting environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication; ability to simplify and present data and ideas clearly.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Familiarity with financial statements and business metrics is a plus.
