ABOUT THE ROLE: The Lead - North India Operations spearheads the strategic expansion and operational excellence of Chason Beverages' luxury spirits portfolio across Delhi, Haryana, UP, Punjab, and emerging North Indian markets. This leadership role combines sophisticated distribution management with high-level on-trade partnership development, ensuring our ultra-premium brands—KOMOS Tequila, Guillotine Vodka, and Superbird—achieve optimal market penetration within India's most affluent consumer corridors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Distribution & Supply Chain Excellence 1. Oversee end-to-end distribution operations for luxury spirits across North India, ensuring seamless availability in premium retail outlets and luxury establishments 2. Optimize inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain logistics for ultra-premium product categories 3. Coordinate with international suppliers on shipping schedules, duty optimization, and quality assurance protocols 4. Implement robust stock rotation and product freshness standards across all distribution points On-Trade Partnership Development 1. Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and premium bars across North India 2.Negotiate and manage exclusive placement agreements with high-end establishments in Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, and Chandigarh 3.Develop customized on-trade programs including staff training, menu integration, and promotional support for partner venues 4. Create and implement luxury brand activation strategies within premium hospitality environments 5. Establish relationships with celebrity chefs, bar managers, and luxury lifestyle influencers for brand advocacy SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES 1. 7+ years of progressive experience in IMFL/spirits distribution, luxury goods, or premium hospitality operations and sales 2. Proven track record in managing on-trade partnerships within India's luxury spirits or premium beverage sector 3. Deep understanding of North India's regulatory landscape, distribution networks, and luxury consumer preferences 4. Strong relationships within Delhi NCR's luxury hospitality ecosystem 5. MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred 6. This dynamic role seamlessly blends high-level administrative excellence including founder's office and stakeholder management with a naac in creative luxury spirits marketing and sophisticated event curation, ensuring the Founder's vision translates into tangible business outcomes across India's premium spirits landscape. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Executive Support & Operations Management 1.Manage the Founder's complex calendar, prioritizing high-impact meetings with distributors, luxury hotel partners, and international brand principals 2.Coordinate strategic business travel across key markets (Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Haryana) and international distillery visits 3. Prepare executive briefings and Key market reports 4. Serve as the primary liaison between the Founder and internal teams, luxury retail partners, and premium hospitality venues Luxury Spirits Marketing & Brand Development 1. Manage internal social media channels and digital marketing initiatives for luxury audience engagement 2. Oversee/co-ordinate logistics and luxury hospitality standards at all Chason Beverages-hosted events 3. Manage conversations related to regulatory compliance, premium venue partners, celebrity chefs, and lifestyle event planners, luxury retail partnerships, and distribution expansion SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES 1. 2+ years of experience in executive support, luxury brand marketing, or premium hospitality 2. Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously 3. Strong communication skills for interfacing with C-level executives, international partners, and luxury clientele 4. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred 5.
