About The Role

We’re looking for a highly driven

Founder’s Office Associate (Generalist)

to work directly with the founders on high-impact initiatives across strategy, operations, growth, and execution.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants broad exposure to how a fast-growing company operates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Projects & Research
  • Conduct deep-dive research and extract insights for decision-making
  • Support founders in strategic planning, new initiatives, and business experiments
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business cases
  • Operations & Execution
  • Drive operational efficiency and process creation
  • Track KPIs, build dashboards, and ensure timely execution of projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
  • Growth & Partnerships
  • Identify potential partnerships and assist in outreach
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis
  • Support GTM experiments, pilots, and feedback loops
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a connective layer between founders and internal teams
  • Prepare documentation, SOPs, follow-ups, and communication briefs
  • Manage high-priority and time-sensitive tasks
  • People & Culture Support
  • Support hiring, screening, and onboarding when necessary
  • Help with internal communication and culture-building initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • From a Tier-1 engineering or MBA institute (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional profiles)
  • 0–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or generalist roles
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and a bias for action
  • Comfortable with fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
