Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from understanding business requirements and sourcing talent to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, an analytical approach to hiring metrics, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions.
  • Source and engage candidates through professional networks, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate candidates based on role fit and organizational culture.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Design and post job descriptions across various platforms.
  • Drive recruitment processes efficiently through scheduling, coordination, and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports.

Employer Branding & Engagement

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and create engaging recruitment content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Support employee referral programs and engagement drives.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and market mapping techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on improving recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
