What You'll Own

• Full-cycle hiring for Centre Managers, Placement Managers, Trainers (Tech & Non-Tech), BDOs and Counsellors.
• Managing pressure hiring with strict TAT, quality, and consistent monthly delivery.
• Ownership of sourcing, screening, assessments, stakeholder coordination, and offer management.
• Driving sourcing strategy across Naukri, LinkedIn, social channels, internal databases.
• Boolean search, talent mapping, high-speed pipeline building.
• Daily interaction with business heads and center leaders to meet manpower demands.
• Reporting, dashboards, and disciplined data management.

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of hard-core recruitment experienceno HR generalists.
• Proven ability to deliver 5 to 6 closures per month in fast-paced environments.
• Background from staffing agencies, RPOs, BPO/KPOs, or high-volume non-IT hiring preferred.
• Deep sourcing expertise across job boards and social platforms.
• High resilience, urgency, and ability to manage pressure hiring and multiple mandates.
• Performance-driven mindset with strong ownership and responsiveness.
