Location:Bangalore
Experience:2 to 4years
Notice Period:Immediate joiners
Strategy and planning – Develop and implement global recruitment strategies, build global talent pools, and report on hiring metrics such as time to hire and source of hire with quality submission of profiles
• Sourcing and attraction – Identify and attract international candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks and international job fairs
• Screening and interviewing – Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens and coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers across different plants or hubs
• Process Management – Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
• Compliance – Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local and international labor laws and regulations
• Data and reporting – Maintain accurate records in an applicant tracking system, manage recruitment related paperwork and updates on recruitment activities.
Experience Required:
Strategic hiring across regions
• Predominantly in hiring manufacturing industry skills
• Industry knowledge in Brazil with market intel
• Proficient in Portugues and English language to communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership
