Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Ensure timely communication with clients regarding recruitment progress.
Manage contract staffing processes from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Manage ATS & ensure proper communication with the candidates and inform them about their application outcome
Set up intake meetings with the Regional/global Hiring Managers to understand the positions and skills required
Prepare MIS & PowerPoint presentations as and when required.
Number driven, Enthusiastic and a Go getter attitude is a must
