Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding recruitment progress.
  • Manage contract staffing processes from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Manage ATS & ensure proper communication with the candidates and inform them about their application outcome
  • Set up intake meetings with the Regional/global Hiring Managers to understand the positions and skills required
  • Prepare MIS & PowerPoint presentations as and when required.
  • Number driven, Enthusiastic and a Go getter attitude is a must
