Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

1. Leadership & Executive Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for unit leadership.
• Partner closely with business heads and HR leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective search strategies.
• Leverage internal networks, external search partners, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) to identify and attract top-tier talent.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence exercises for critical leadership roles.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  

2. Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted advisory relationships with business and functional leaders, acting as a strategic partner on talent acquisition matters.
• Facilitate regular hiring review meetings and provide updates on talent pipelines, challenges, and solutions.
  

3. MIS, Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, reports, and trackers (e.g., hiring status, TAT, source mix, diversity metrics).
• Analyze hiring data and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Present weekly and monthly hiring analytics to HR and business leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.
