Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Digitization
Administer and optimise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and integrated recruitment tools.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to manage system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
Business Analysis
Analyse recruitment workflows and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved candidate experience.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and lead implementation of new features or modules.
Recruitment Operations
Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to support high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives.
Ensure systems support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with HR, hiring managers, and external partners to align system capabilities with business goals.
Provide training and support to recruiters and hiring teams on system usage and best practices.
Data & Reporting
Develop dashboards and reports to track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health).
Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in talent acquisition or HR technology, preferably within the recruitment industry.
Proven experience managing ATS/CRM platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering.
Familiarity with recruitment compliance, data privacy, and vendor management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
