Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Align and execute recruitment plans based on ongoing business requirements and share updates regularly with the team.
• Maintain readiness for high-priority and critical positions at all times through active pipeline management. Share hiring trend insights and market intelligence on a regular basis.
• Source candidates through multiple channels ensuring quality screening and effective shortlisting. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth and timely scheduling process.
• Drive strong conversion from interviews to offers, ensuring the quality of hires.
• Manage end-to-end offer rollout process including documentation and negotiation, ensuring timely closure.
• Monitor offer acceptance trends and address factors contributing to rejections.
• Adhere to turnaround time expectations for both new and replacement positions.
• Collaborate with clients to meet augmentation hiring timelines and requirements.
• Consistently meet closure expectations for open profiles across different functions.
• Support business growth through client acquisition for recruitment and staffing services.
• Ensure complete and effective use of recruitment tracking systems for all hiring activities.
• Contribute to long-term employee retention by focusing on hiring stability and cultural fit.
• Track and report on new hire engagement and retention during key milestones. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ Years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills
