We are looking for a recruitment expert with experience in end-to-end hiring, a talent for building sustainable strategies, and a passion for bringing A+ players onto the team.


The Talent Acquisition Executive is in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies. If you have built an algorithm in the past for talent acquisition, do share it with us in the cover letter. That's the easiest way to get our attention.


Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Work with the HR Head to understand and plan the ongoing talent acquisition strategy in accordance with the requirements to create and acquire great talent, basically a great hiring strategy seen through till the process of acquiring a great candidate.
  • Creating catchy and engaging job descriptions and discovering channels which give the best return rate in terms of Application, Interview, Hire ratio and of course with quality and culture fit in mind.
  • Manage the end to end recruitment cycle at the organization(Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, Offer and onboarding).
  • Understand the needs of the business and prioritize work accordingly.
  • Manage and create strong recruitment network
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a top employer and attract high-quality talent.
  • Lead employee engagement programs that inspire, connect, and engage employees across the organization.



Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar (0.6 to 2 years of experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition roles. )
  • Experience in Technical recruitment is an added advantage.
  • Engineering background preferred
  • Prefer Non-traditional sourcing ways
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites)
