Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end

  recruitment

  for multiple roles across functions.
• Source candidates through

  job

  portals,

  LinkedIn,

  referrals,

  social

  media,

  and networking.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring

managers.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align suitable candidates.
• Handle

  offer

  negotiation, salary

  discussions, and

  onboarding formalities.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports for management review.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and assist in mobilization drives when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Any stream, HR preferred).

• Experience:

  1–3 years in

  Talent

  Acquisition/Recruitment.

• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRMS.
