About the Role

This is a foundational HR role designed for a smart, ambitious MBA graduate who wants to grow into a future HR leader. As a Management Trainee – HR, you will work directly with the founders and leadership team to hire top talent, shape our culture, and build people processes that scale with our growth.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and shortlisting to scheduling and onboarding.
• Partner with team leads to understand role requirements and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Maintain HR records, onboarding checklists, and performance review data.
• Work on special projects like employer branding, career progression frameworks, and retention strategies.

Required Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or a related specialization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduating in the 2025 batch.
• Passionate about people, culture, and building high-performance teams.

Good to Have

• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
• An interest in HR technology tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
