About the Role This is a foundational HR role designed for a smart, ambitious MBA graduate who wants to grow into a future HR leader. As a Management Trainee – HR, you will work directly with the founders and leadership team to hire top talent, shape our culture, and build people processes that scale with our growth. Role Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and shortlisting to scheduling and onboarding. Partner with team leads to understand role requirements and build strong candidate pipelines. Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Maintain HR records, onboarding checklists, and performance review data. Work on special projects like employer branding, career progression frameworks, and retention strategies. Required Qualifications MBA / PGDM in HR or a related specialization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Preferred Qualifications Graduating in the 2025 batch. Passionate about people, culture, and building high-performance teams. Good to Have Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
