Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1) Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles across different departments and levels, from entry-level to senior leadership positions.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, internal databases, and referrals, to identify and attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct in-depth screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR Business Partners.

2) Stakeholder Management:

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, department heads, and senior leadership.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.

3) Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture, values, and employee value proposition to potential candidates.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.

4) Process Improvement & Analytics:

• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports to management.

5) Team Leadership & Development:

• Mentor and guide junior recruiters or associates, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Potentially manage a small team of recruiters, setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.

6) Market Intelligence:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in full-lifecycle recruiting, ideally within FMCG, IT, Retail or anything in a startup culture.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and assessment tools.
• Excellent interviewing and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
