As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Thrillophilia, you will play a crucial role in building high-performing teams and creating experiences that inspire millions. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent. Your collaboration with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the right fit, right on time will be key to your success. Additionally, you will be required to build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing methods beyond job portals. Your role will also involve being the face of Thrillophilia to candidates, ensuring an outstanding hiring experience, and tracking and sharing recruitment metrics to improve efficiency continuously. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the right fit in a timely manner. - Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing methods. - Be the primary point of contact for candidates, providing an exceptional hiring experience. - Track and share recruitment metrics to drive efficiency improvements. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to think creatively to attract and engage top talent. - Proactive mindset with a drive to seek out and secure top talent.
