Role Overview: You will be working as a US Recruiter at an Associate level in Gurugram (Onsite) during the US Shift. The role will involve US Talent Acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions. Your responsibilities will include utilizing strong sourcing skills through job boards and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct US Talent Acquisition for both IT and Non-IT positions - Utilize strong sourcing skills through job boards and social media platforms Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Willingness to work in the US time zone - Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process Additional Details: The offered CTC for this position ranges from 4.5 LPA to 5 LPA, based on your experience level of 6 months to 2 years.
