Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Kanpur. You will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Building strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and objectives will also be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring skills. Strong Communication and Interviewing skills are crucial for effectively assessing and selecting the right candidates. Excellent organizational and time-management skills will help you juggle multiple tasks efficiently. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively to meet recruitment goals. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is necessary to streamline the recruitment process. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this role. Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred, as it will provide you with a solid foundation to succeed in this position.,
