The ideal candidate for this role should be a Graduate, with a preference for an MBA in Human Resources, and possess 2 to 6 years of experience in similar roles within Hospitals or Diagnostic Chains. Your role will require strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. It is essential to have excellent oral and written communication abilities, as well as the capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. You must also exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a proven track record of executing projects efficiently within set timelines and budgets.
