Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter on a 12-month contract with Colgate-Palmolive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, providing strategic services to Business Leaders and HR Business Partners, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders involved. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the complete talent acquisition process and focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience - Act as the primary interface with Hiring Managers, maintaining relationships and communications with them and active candidates - Conduct intake meetings to understand the desired profile and create a sourcing strategy for open positions - Review resumes and conduct phone screens for all candidates, building a diverse candidate slate for Hiring Managers - Collect evaluation feedback and integrate data for final hiring decisions, including offer negotiations and aligning on start dates - Collaborate with third-party staffing agencies when necessary Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of effectively sourcing, attracting, and selecting candidates - Experience in sourcing and qualifying candidates with a diverse skill set - Exceptional ability to partner with and influence candidates in a consultative manner, fostering long-term relationships - Strong adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment - Previous experience in engaging and managing hiring managers Additional Company Details: Colgate-Palmolive is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries, specializing in Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition.
