Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles within the company. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, implementing strategies to attract top talent, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Other responsibilities include analyzing recruitment metrics and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across various platforms
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to analyze hiring metrics and develop recruitment strategies
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple hiring projects
• Experience with employer branding strategies and campus recruitment initiatives is a plus
• Previous experience in recruiting for technology or logistics roles is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
